Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website custom3dmodel.com (the “Site”) or placing any order with TopProperty LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site, placing an order, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


1. About Our Services

TopProperty LLC operates Custom3Dmodel.com, a professional 3D printing and prototyping service based in Hollywood, Florida, serving customers throughout Miami, South Florida, and the United States. Our services include:

  • Custom 3D printing from client-supplied or company-designed files
  • Prototyping and part replication
  • 3D design assistance and file preparation
  • Shipping and local pickup of finished parts

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, placing an order, or submitting your contact information (including your phone number), you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent;
  • You have the authority to enter into these Terms;
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

All orders are placed through our website. Upon submission, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to your order total where required by law.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (available at stripe.com/privacy). All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

3.4 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through Stripe.


4. File Upload Policy

When you upload files (such as STL, OBJ, or other 3D model formats) to our Site:

  • You represent and warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to those files, or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use, reproduce, and have the files manufactured;
  • You agree not to upload files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights;
  • You grant us a limited license to use your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order;
  • We will not sell, share, or publish your files without your explicit written consent.

TopProperty LLC accepts no responsibility for intellectual property violations resulting from files submitted by customers.


5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Turnaround Time

We aim to contact you within 24 hours of order submission to confirm your order details. Standard production time is indicated on each product listing. Actual turnaround may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and production volume.

5.2 Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5.3 Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Hollywood/Miami, FL area. Contact us to arrange.


6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Custom Orders

Because all products are made-to-order and custom-printed, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns on custom items. Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure (see Section 12.1) or manufacturing defects (see Section 6.3).

6.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, contact us immediately at admin@custom3dmodel.com or call/text us. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

6.3 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will, at our discretion, reprint the item or issue a store credit.


7. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number on our website, checkout form, or any contact form, and by checking any SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from TopProperty LLC / Custom3Dmodel. These messages may include:

  • Order confirmations and status updates;
  • Shipping and delivery notifications;
  • Appointment and pickup reminders;
  • Promotional offers and service announcements (marketing messages).

7.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on your order activity and communication preferences.

7.2 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages received.

7.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing text messages, though you may still receive transactional messages necessary to complete an active order.

7.5 TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopProperty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.



12.1 Force Majeure

Neither TopProperty LLC nor the customer shall be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather events;
  • Equipment failure, power outages, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control;
  • Supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or shipping carrier failures;
  • Government actions, regulations, lockdowns, or public health emergencies;
  • Cyber attacks, data breaches, or internet outages affecting our operations;
  • Labor disputes, strikes, or other industrial action.

In the event of a force majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders affected by force majeure events will be either: (a) fulfilled as soon as normal operations resume, (b) mutually rescheduled, or (c) refunded in full if fulfillment becomes impossible. No cancellation penalties will apply to either party during a confirmed force majeure event.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
